Porsche Romania, the biggest car importer in the country, has implemented the CPM solution from Senior Software to optimize the internal budgeting and reporting processes.
Founded in 1997, Porsche Romania belongs to Porsche Holding Salzburg and it’s the general importer for the Volkswagen Group brands. In 2014, Porsche Romania has reached a turnover of about 398 million EUR, 160 employees and a market share of 24.2%, which is still growing. Given the evolution of the business and the high volume of activity, the previously used tools were unable to cope with the budgeting and reporting needs of Porsche Romania, which made the managers decide to implement the CPM solution – Corporate Performance Management, from Senior Software.
We decided to collaborate with Senior Software due to the history with other clients that recommends them, the upward trend of the company and the availability of the resources needed for implementing the project. We chose the CPM system since it was necessary to optimize the internal budgeting process. The Senior Software solution gives us both real-time access to information and the possibility to change it at any time and also the presentation of the budget is done in a much more friendly way than in a simple Excel file.
Said Mrs. Daniela Vasile, CFO Porsche Romania.
With the CPM solution from Senior Software the users have obtained, among others:
- Real time access to consolidated information on company budgets
- Streamlined costs and revenues allocation processes
- The ability to generate detailed profitability reports with one click
- Reduced time for obtaining predictive analyses
- Optimized decision-making processes within the company
- An improved communication within the organization
