The beverage distributor Old Team Distribution implemented the ERP, SFA and Business Intelligence systems from Senior Software to sustain the accelerated growth rhythm. Old Team Distribution is a beverage distributor for the HoReCa segment, occupying 4th place in Bucharest. The company’s rapid development, in just 3 years of existence, led to the managers’ decision to implement an integrated business management solution, able to sustain its growth.
By analyzing the existing software solutions on the market, Old Team Distribution chose Senior Software as partner and the systems offered by it: SeniorERP, SeniorSFA and SeniorVisualBI. Among the criteria considered were the ability of the systems to adapt to the specifics of the company, the budget framing and also the recommendations from the company’s partners.

Previous to the implementation of the SFA system – for the sales force automation – customer orders were taken by telephone, in a limited timeframe. Now, with the help of the mobile solution SeniorSFA, agents can take orders directly from the client, all day long, and besides that they can collect other information relating to their specific needs, as well as their favorite products or other details important for the sales process. In addition, thanks to the integration of the SFA application with the ERP system from Headquarters, sales agents have real-time access to inventory data, avoiding the unpleasant situation in which the ordered products are not in stock.

With the help of the ERP system the delivery activity is also managed: the orders are loaded in cars based on the Delivery List – a list of all orders to be delivered, together with the addresses of the clients – this facilitating access of employees to the products/packages that they have to deliver to each customer.
Along with SeniorERP, Old Team Distribution also implemented SeniorVisualBI – the Business Intelligence system developed on the Tableau Software platform, world leader in data visualization.
