The fiscal equipment distributor Sedona ALM moved from a series of non-integrated applications to a system that successfully covers all business segments: sales, accounting, management and logistics. Challenges such as lack of real-time access to relevant data, involvement of a large number of resources in day-to-day activities, and scattered business information across various unintegrated programs have been overcome by the company with the help of the ERP solution from Senior Software.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]<\/span>[vc_column_text animation_delay=”0″]With a turnover of around 17 million RON, Sedona distributes a varied range of fiscal equipment, accessories and consumables to traders in Romania and beyond. Given the constant challenges encountered by the company, it became a priority for Sedona’s managers to implement a modern software solution, which would allow the integrated management<\/strong> of all business areas and support the company’s growth rate. \u201dThe need for integration and centralized tracking was the decisive factor that led to the implementation of Senior Software's solution. Previously, we did not have proper inventory management<\/strong>, and the accounting records were kept in an external system, therefore data transfers between systems were necessary. In addition, our activity was hindered by the challenges encountered while integrating the old resource management program with other internal applications. Another issue was the lack of consulting and assistance services in using the previous software.<\/div>\n

The costs presented by Senior Software were in line with the services offered<\/strong>. Therefore, we gave up the old ERP software and, currently, we use a solution suitable for our needs<\/strong>.\u201d<\/div>
