Phone orders were added into an Excel file and choosing the best shipping service was done by approximation. After this, orders were added to the courier’s platform where weight and other criteria had to be taken into account. The process then continued with AWB generation and introducing data from Excel into the billing app, after which these documetns were sent to the warehouse.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Since we implemented SeniorERP, things have been greatly simplified<\/strong>. Orders from the website automatically enter the system, and ones who come by phone are also registered in the same place, with a distinct status. All operations are managed in the ERP. Operators access the order in the system, check product availability and easily generate the invoice<\/strong>. After this, documents are sent to the warehouse, where AWBs are quickly generated and the bar code is scanned through the ERP as well. The solution tells you if the product is available at your supplier, it makes sure that orders are complete and it automatically generates supply orders<\/strong>. Thus, order processing times have been lowered by 65%<\/strong>. Basically, from receiving and until shipping, everything is done very fast – we are talking about just two clicks<\/strong>.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
