Regency is one of the important players in the market of supplies and materials for furniture. Regency produces, imports, distributes and sells a wide range of products (thousands of components) to customers across the country. As a long-term objective, Regency will expand in Romania by regional sales and will open a branch in Iraq.
The business has experienced a sustained growth rate in recent years and the old solution for activity management has not done against the requirements. At this point Regency has requested Senior Software a study to implement the SeniorERP solution. Based on analysis conducted by SeniorERP, consultants Regency has developed implementation of the Senior Software solution to manage the processes of contact management, sales, inventory management and billing, treasury, financial reporting and analysis.
The solution implemented must react in real time to users’ requests, both from Romania and abroad. A common basis for working – nomenclatures prices, stocks – is necessary. Regency employs a strategy of non-standard prices. For this reason it was developed a list prices custom module, which can work with individual items and customers, but also with groups of items or customers, with added links and links for discount percentage and absolute terms. Speed is a critical element, to enable staff to focus on customer needs and to invest time in administrative activities.
Right from the start, the analysis was planned to cover a medium-long horizon, in terms of increasing business volume and number of locations covered. Now, Regency has the possibility to open new points of working with an effort of few days – without losing at any time control of key business data.
Senior Software implemented 4 modules which function as a whole. Due to the architecture, the solution enables:

– Strict control of financial situation of customers and suppliers
– Online billing, using server at Headquarters
– Implementing customized list price spectrum very broad coverage, but with granularity of data very small.
