Broman, a distributor of household and agricultural products, has streamlined its order process and connected all workflows with high-performance solutions from Senior Software. By connecting its commercial, logistics, eCommerce and analytics processes, the company gained greater control over its activity, real-time updated data and increased efficiency in daily operations.
Supported by SeniorERP, which is fully integrated with Senior Software’s WMS, eCommerce, BI and Dashboards systems, Broman optimized its commercial and operational processes, gaining real-time visibility and traceability across essential workflows. As a result, the company manages orders, inventory, warehouse activities and B2B and B2C sales channels more efficiently.
In the context of business expansion and increasing activity volumes, Broman needed a system capable of supporting the management of a growing number of orders, the synchronization of sales channels and fast access to information about inventory, prices, customers and commercial operations. SeniorERP became the operational foundation through which the company manages its resources and commercial processes, integrated with Dock9 B2B, Dock9 Shop, WMS, SeniorVisualBI and SeniorDashboards.
Orders from online channels are captured automatically, while inventory and price information is updated in real time. The B2B platform gives customers access to relevant commercial data, the B2C channel supports the development of Broman’s own brand, and the integration with WMS contributes to increased speed and accuracy in warehouse activities.
